ANDREW KWON DRESSES ELLA LANGLEY FOR THE AMERICAN COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS
This evening, at the American Country Music Awards, Ella Langley arrived in an ANDREW KWON gown, marking a striking moment for one of country music’s most celebrated rising stars during one of the genre’s most anticipated evenings honoring excellence in music and performance.
The look, from ANDREW KWON’s eighth collection, Prelude No. 2, and styled by Stefani Colvin, was realized in luminous crepe-back satin, sculpted into softly contoured corseted bodice along with a fluid satin chiffon skirt. Understated yet striking, the piece carried a quiet sense of drama through its fluid movement, couture construction, and clean architectural lines.
Designed and crafted within the ANDREW KWON atelier in New York City, the gown reflects the house’s signature dialogue between couture craftsmanship and contemporary femininity, where sculptural construction meets softness and emotion.
ANDREW KWON, one of New York’s most compelling emerging couture voices, continues to define a new era of American craftsmanship. With a growing presence spanning red carpets, editorial features, and runway presentations, the house has garnered recognition for its refined balance of modernity and timeless elegance. Since founding his namesake label in 2021, Kwon has emerged as a creative force at the intersection of art and fashion, with each collection exploring femininity through a lens of emotion, movement, and individuality.
“Ella has such an authentic presence and confidence about her,” says Andrew Kwon, founder and designer of ANDREW KWON. “We wanted the look to feel effortless and timeless, while still carrying a sense of strength and sophistication. There’s a restraint to the silhouette that allows her presence to truly shine.”
Heading into one of the biggest nights of her career, Ella Langley entered the evening with seven nominations, including Female Artist of the Year, further cementing her status as one of country music’s most influential new voices. Following a landmark year that saw her win multiple CMA and ACM Awards, Langley also made history with “Choosin’ Texas,” becoming the first woman to simultaneously top the Billboard Hot 100, Hot Country Songs, and Country Airplay charts. Her appearance at the ACM Awards marked a fitting intersection of modern country stardom and contemporary couture elegance.
